Fix slide overflow and update presenter affiliation

Changes

• Follow up on merged Standardize talk README, presenter details, and slide downloads #176 from the latest main (e20c1ba). Add the exact affiliation Azure EngOps AzRel to the README and bio; retain Principal Software Engineer, Microsoft, contacts, and historical struck-through Twitter references.
• Fix the context/function table overflows on slides 14 and 16 with local cell padding, without smaller text.
• Split the overloaded .NET pipeline (old slide 19) into build/publish and deployment slides 19–20. Increase code text from 15.68px to 20.16px; retain every example line and the demo reference. The deck is now 42 slides/pages, previously 41.
• Improve code-token contrast on slides 16/37 and footer contrast over the Q&A photo on slide 40.

Only README.md and slides/Slides.md change. All 27 code blocks, substantive text, notes, resource links, and asset references are preserved. No teaching/sample/publishing workflows, sample code, themes, or editable diagrams changed.

Full-deck review

Used the installed marp-slide-review instructions/scripts after the skill loader reported it unregistered; local Marp 4.5.0 with the existing theme.

• Inspected all 42 final PNG slides individually at 1280×720. Rasterized/compared all 42 PDF pages and visually compared pages 1, 2, 14, 16, 19, 20, 23, 27, 31, 36, 37, 40, 41, 42.
• Full-deck overflow passes at the unchanged 2px tolerance (previous findings: 49/65/55px). Additional checks found no text/code/table clipping, footer collisions, missing local images, or browser errors.
• HTML and PDF render with the unchanged publishing flags. Exact identity and PDF contact links, content preservation, and CRLF-aware whitespace checks pass.
• Swept all 124 tracked files / 111 UTF-8 text files, including notes, metadata and editable contact assets. No stale Senior/Sr presenter role or Azure CXP AzRel affiliation remains; three incidental package-lock integrity-hash matches are vendor false positives.

Remaining source limitations

• Slide 5's original screenshot already truncates a commit message/right-side UI; no replacement text was invented.
• Slide 23 retains the original animated terminal GIF; terminal text is small and PDF/PNG show a static frame.
• Small raster annotations remain on slides 4/8/9/27/31/36; the supply-chain image is only 512×288, and supply-chain/networking assets lack editable sources. The enlarged 256px logo has slightly different PNG/PDF edge smoothing. Existing dense code on slides 24/37 remains small but fits.

These are documented source/readability limitations, not new slide-boundary overflows. Updated public slides require merge and the existing Pages deployment; no deployment or repository settings change was performed.
