Changes

Resolves #3399

This PR adds an Upload New Member... in the physical source file's right-click menu:
image

The action will ask for the new member name and then open a file selection dialog. The member will be created and filled with the content from the selected file.

The existing commands used to create and upload a member were refactored a bit to accomodate this new action, allowing to reuse the existing logic.

How to test this PR

  1. Right-click on a source file
  2. Select Upload New Member...
  3. Type the new member name and extension
  4. Select the content to upload
  5. The new member must be created with the selected content

ibmi-member-uploader-source.zip
As another thought for a future enhancement I had OpenAI generate an option to upload multiple members. I am not set up to compile the extension but this is kind of wha I was visualizing. There's a readme.md in the zip.

Prompt I used:
can you create me a vs code plugin that uses the current code for I connection. I want to be able to right click on a source physical file and select one or more files from the PC. Ex: member1.RPG. Use that info as the source member name. Upload all the members.

Ciao @sebjulliand,
I was doing some tests, here the only bug I found:
If you enter the name of a member who already exists and click “Retry,” you'll be given the option to choose a new name. At that point, enter an unused name, and a blank editor window will open, prompting you to select the file to upload. If you upload the file and the upload is successful, the editor window remains blank; however, if you close the upload process, the editor window remains blank but the member no longer exists, so you cannot save it

We also need to update docs about filters on object browser https://codefori.github.io/docs/browsers/object-browser/#create-first-filter

In addition, I wouldn't mind a feature for bulk uploading members or a source file, since we already have a download feature that builds the tree structure
