Use separate Dialog for Manage Export Attributes

There was an issue when clicking a results interaction > open "export as"dialog > select XLSX > opt to manage attributes which opens in a new dialog > save/close would close the original "export as" dialog

To fix fix dont use common dialog for the Manage Summary attributes dialog

Remember to use "yarn install --force" if you want to pick up changes each time you make a change to this branch by committing.
