Sub-issue of #519 (P1). Surfaced by the Conductor OSS CVE scan (target python-sdk).

Upgrade langgraph-sdk 0.4.2 → 0.4.4 clears:

  • CVE-2026-104873 — authz bypass via improper resource handler registration (high)
