Upgrade notes

This release fixes VM cleanup safety, provisioning recovery, and ISO cache validation and refresh. Cleanup now checks current Agent and Machine bindings before deleting a VM, and retains the Assisted Installer Agent until VM deletion succeeds.

Apply the updated CRDs before upgrading an existing installation. The VsphereAgentPool schema adds status.iso.urlHash; Helm does not update resources in the chart's crds/ directory during normal upgrades.
