Require triple separators in TriG, resolve empty IRIs against fragment-free bases, and handle literal suffix whitespace and dotted prefixes across reader chunks. Simplify scanner dispatch and cover blank-node document and graph scope.
Remove the unused grammars and listener implementations. Keep integration coverage on the streaming scanners and simplify text-block escaping without changing the test data.
Filter invalid and reserved XML prefixes from model and configuration mappings, generate safe alternatives, and resolve fallback-prefix collisions using the prefix-to-namespace lookup. Verify generated XML with a namespace-aware parser and simplify literal writing.

@abdessamad-abdoun could you review the three follow-up commits I pushed to this PR?

  • 3184f1916: Turtle/TriG parsing corrections and regression coverage, including blank-node scope across documents and graphs.
  • 5873e7c06: removal of the unused ANTLR Turtle/TriG implementations, with integration tests retained on the scanners.
  • 32dca47ac: RDF/XML prefix filtering and safe handling of generated-prefix collisions.

I ran a local Copilot review before committing and fixed the prefix-collision exception it identified. Validation passes: checkNext (3,130 tests, JAR and Javadoc), W3C Turtle (313/313), W3C TriG (357/357), and a complete standalone SonarLint scan of the 10 changed Java files in automatic source/test scope.

Copilot also noted pre-existing RDF/XML edge cases when automatic namespace declaration is disabled; those are outside these follow-up changes.
