fix(rln): follow delivery 0.3.3/0.4.0's logos.test registry - #350

…racts at a814e7f Delivery v0.3.3 (the code its authors first tagged 0.4.0 and withdrew, which the catalogue still serves as 0.4.0) moves logos.test's RLN registry onto the LEZ v0.3.1 testnet (testnet.lez.logos.co): logos:testnet:fd322d32…7775b971. Main already pins v0.3.3 and accepts >=0.3.2 (6a74158); this makes muster's own preset query the registry that node uses, and pins the RLN modules' LIDL contracts at the rev delivery v0.3.3 re-exports (liblogos_rln_module 0.12.0, liblogos_lez_rln_module 5.1.0). The contract change is additive; the methods muster calls are unchanged. A membership in the old registry does not carry over. Main already pins delivery v0.3.3 and accepts `>=0.3.2`, so Basecamp's catalogue `delivery_module` 0.4.0 (the same code, withdrawn upstream as a tag) satisfies it (6a74158). This PR adds what that left out:
Caveat: the release AppImage bundle still ships delivery 0.3.2, whose `logos.test` registry is the old one, so an AppImage on `logos.test` would query the wrong registry until its bundle moves. The default fleet, `logos.dev`, has no RLN and is unaffected.
Tested: `rln_status_test` §7 was red before the change and is green after.
