This adds one standalone Markdown file,
analysis/boost-long-threads.md, with an analysis of the Boost developers mailing list. It covers the 200 longest threads (1998–2025) that aren't about a library review or a release: what each is about, and what makes threads draw participation. The file is meant to be copied into a gist. It has no relation to the PromptForge code and shouldn't be merged.
