ro-crate-api moved from Language-Research-Technology to the crate-works org and now publishes docs at ro-crate-api.crate-works.org. Add the site link and bump status to beta to reflect the published 0.3.0 spec. Also correct two pre-existing stale repo URLs: cockatiel and the collection downloader both now live under crate-works. arocapi and static-rocrate-viewer are unchanged — they are still in their original organisations.

Updates the website to reflect the
ro-crate-apimove out ofLanguage-Research-Technologyand into thecrate-worksorg.Changes
src/content/tools/ro-crate-api.mdrepo:→https://github.com/crate-works/ro-crate-apisite: https://ro-crate-api.crate-works.org(the docs site is live; the oldlanguage-research-technology.github.io/ro-crate-api/URL now 404s with no redirect, deliberately)status:preview→beta, reflecting the published 0.3.0 spec and its own docs sitesrc/content/posts/announcing-crateworks.mdPre-existing drift, unrelated to the move — both verified as redirecting via
gh api:cockatiel.md→crate-works/cockatieldownloader.md→crate-works/downloaderDeliberately unchanged
arocapi.mdstill points atLanguage-Research-Technology/arocapi— arocapi was not moved, by explicit decision.static-rocrate-viewer.mdstill points atparadisec-archive/static-rocrate-viewer, which is genuinely still there. (crate-works/ro-crate-static-siteexists but is a different project.)Verification
Every repo URL touched here was resolved through
gh api repos/<owner>/<name> --jq '.full_name'to confirm its current location rather than assumed.pnpm buildpasses and the newsite:link renders on the tools list.Content-only: four Markdown files, no code or config.
