This pull request updates the architecture documentation and flowchart to clarify the storage layer options, introduce new implementations, and improve the visual and textual representation of the system. It also adds a new tool, "RO-Crate Static Site," to the tools directory.

Architecture documentation and diagram improvements:

• Clarified the description of the storage layer in the layers array, specifying "LDaC" as an archival-quality, version-controlled OCFL implementation, and listing additional current implementations (LDaC, RAPID, NABU) as sub-items with links.
• Updated the architecture flowchart to add new nodes for "LDAC," "RAPID," and "NABU" under the storage layer, adjusted API connections to these nodes, and visually grouped "Workspaces" as a new section containing "Collection2Crate."
• Enhanced the UI to display links to current storage layer implementations beneath the storage layer description.
• Changed the section title from "Tools" to "Workspaces" in the architecture layers, to better reflect its function.

New tool addition:

• Added a new markdown file for "RO-Crate Static Site," describing it as a tool to create static websites from RO-Crate files, including metadata and links to its repository and demo site.
