What's Inside

Updated the page referring to the Automations > Table Policies. This is to coincide with the release of an udpated (simplified) UI for this feature. This covers:

• an updated screenshot
• minor text updates to reflect the changes

Other changes in this commit at fixing broken links (the CrateDB support redirect and the CCPA link), plus telling this link checker to ignore the IBM link which returns a 200 in the browser but a 403 at check time.
