- Implemented migration to create Bills and BillShares tables with necessary fields and relationships.
- Created Bill and BillShare models with Sequelize, including attributes and associations.
- Added routes for bill creation, retrieval, and share actions (pay, decline, cover, reassign, close, remind).
- Integrated bill and bill share functionality into the existing models and transaction model.
- Introduced notification types and payloads for bill-related events.
- Added utility function for broadcasting bill events to participants.
