Ports #203 to
main(requested here):GO_VERSIONand thego.modgoline move1.26.4->1.26.10for CVE-2026-111943 (GO-2026-6809), and the runtime base movesgcr.io/distroless/base-debian12->base-debian13.GOLANGCI_VERSIONstaysv2.12.2. It is built with Go 1.26 and reports 0 issues on this tree, so thev2.11.4pin from #203 is not needed here; it was only needed for thegoconstfindings onrelease-0.6.Tests
