golangci-lint v2.12.2 is built with go1.26 and panics when loading Go
1.27 sources ("file requires newer Go version go1.27"). v2.15.0 is
built with go1.27.
Newer golangci-lint adds the exhaustruct_v5 linter, which `default: all`
enables. Disable it alongside exhaustruct for the same reason.
