Description of your changes

GO_VERSION, GOLANGCI_VERSION and DOCKER_BUILDX_VERSION in .github/workflows/ci.yml are pinned by hand and Renovate doesn't track them. As a result, release v0.9.0 was built with go1.26.5 and missed later Go security releases (see #166, which fixes this on release-0.9).

This PR:

  • adds a # renovate: datasource=… depName=… comment to each pin in ci.yml. Go uses the golang-version datasource; golangci-lint and buildx use github-releases.
  • adds a regex customManager to renovate.json that reads those comments, following the existing pattern for filters/versions.env.

Once this merges, Renovate should open a PR on main that bumps Go to 1.26.10, bringing the CVE fix from #166 to main.

How has this code been tested

  • I checked the custom manager's file pattern and match string against ci.yml with a Python regex. They match all three pins (go 1.26.5, golangci/golangci-lint v2.12.2, docker/buildx v0.29.1).
  • I did not run renovate-config-validator locally. The Renovate dependency dashboard will confirm the new dependencies are detected after merge.

GO_VERSION, GOLANGCI_VERSION and DOCKER_BUILDX_VERSION in ci.yml were
pinned by hand and not tracked by Renovate, so the Go toolchain fell
behind security releases. Annotate them and add a regex custom manager
so Renovate proposes updates.
