   To clarify, the proposed solution is to move the files in the current directory path (examples/matlab_octave/tutorials/two_way_wave_equation) into the correct path, examples/octave/tutorials/two_way_wave_equation, using git mv to preserve authorship and history information.

   In addition to this issue, when building the sphinx docs we now have the following warning message:

   WARNING: toctree contains reference to nonexisting document 'examples/Tutorials/Two_Way_Wave_Equation/Two_Way_Wave_Equation_With_Neumann_BC'
   

   and

   mole/doc/sphinx/source/examples/Tutorials/Two_Way_Wave_Equation_With_Neumann_BC.md: WARNING: document isn't included in any toctree
   

   We should implement the path fix that was actually caught and proposed by Copilot in #329 's review.
