Description

Upgrades the pinned pygments version in doc/sphinx/requirements.txt from 2.19.1 to >=2.20.0, as suggested by Dependabot.

Type of Change

  • New core functionality
  • New example
  • Documentation update
  • Bug fix
  • Performance improvement

Changes

  • doc/sphinx/requirements.txt: pygments==2.19.1 → pygments>=2.20.0

Testing

  • Verified pygments>=2.20.0 resolves and installs cleanly (currently resolves to 2.21.0).
  • Confirmed sphinx==6.2.1 (also pinned in the same file) only requires Pygments>=2.13, so there is no version conflict with the rest of the pinned Sphinx stack.
  • Confirmed the tango style (used as pygments_light_style in doc/sphinx/source/conf.py) is still available in the upgraded version.
  • Confirmed the lexers used across the docs (python, c++, matlab, cmake, bash) still resolve correctly with the new version.
  • Full HTML documentation build is validated by the Build-Documentation CI job on this PR.

Documentation

  • No other documentation changes needed — this is a dependency version bump only.

Additional Notes

No changes to conf.py, styles, or doc content were required; this is a low-risk, single-line dependency bump.

Resolves dependabot alert by bumping the pinned pygments version
from 2.19.1 to >=2.20.0 in doc/sphinx/requirements.txt.

Verified pygments 2.21.0 resolves, the 'tango' pygments_light_style
used in conf.py is still available, and lexers used across the docs
(python, c++, matlab, cmake, bash) still resolve correctly.

@TensorDevLJ Is this an agent PR, or human derived?

Hi @jbrzensk This PR was AI-assisted . I reviewed the changes and verified the dependency compatibility myself.
I installed pygments>=2.20.0 locally and confirmed it resolves to 2.21.0. I also checked compatibility with the pinned Sphinx version, confirmed the "tango" style is available, and verified that the Python, C++, MATLAB, CMake, and Bash lexers still resolve correctly.
Happy to clarify anything else!
