Provide core hash with core packages updates in hash format on the manifest

When triggering a new release, would be nice for testing purposes to provide somehow a core hash built with the manifest dependencies in the hash format.

This would allow to install of the core with the dependencies of the core packages that have not been published. Otherwise there will be a dependency error.

This would improve and speed up the testing phase

An example would be:

Dappmanager v0.2.73 has not been published but there is a tag/release for that version in GitHub
We trigger the creation of a new Core whose dependencies include dappmanager.dnp.dappnode.eth:0.2.73
As this version has not been published, 2 packages should be created:

1. The normal core we have always had
2. A core package that replaces the dappmanager vewrsion dependency with the IPFS hash corresponding to the GitHub release for Dappmanager with tag v0.2.73
