Add FFTW and CI workflow for browser projects - #46

- buildfiles/emscripten.mak is now run directly with -f - expat 2.8.5 and FFTW 3.3.11 (generic SIMD128) fetched on build - emscripten builds now inclued dft.c! - emscripten workflow added, based on emsdk 6.0.13 - emscripten build must end successfully before release.yml runs Developed-with: Claude Opus 5.5
