This releases bedhost 0.14.0. The full list is in docs/changelog.md.
Security: the container runs as a non-root user, uploads have size limits (including gzip files that unpack too big), request inputs have limits, and production logs are no longer at debug level.
New: a public
/v1/usagestats endpoint, a/v1/readyhealth check that tests the database connection, andafter=paging on the bed list.Fixes: the Docker image is CPU-only now (it was accidentally pulling about 3 GB of GPU libraries), notebooks are left out of the image, and
bigBedToBedis included so the/regionsroute works. The image went from 8 GB to 3.2 GB.Some inputs that used to be accepted now get a 4xx error (very large offsets or limits, uploads without a size header). Requires bbconf 0.16.0.
