… (owner, 2026-11-07: go stopped on a repo created in the session; test seen red first) The checkpoint records each repo's remote URL; go clones a missing repo after every repo has been checked, only where nothing exists at that path, and confirms the checkpoint commit is in the clone. go stopped with "missing" on a repo created during the session. Now the checkpoint records each repo's remote URL, and go clones a missing repo after all repos are checked, only where nothing exists at that path, then confirms the checkpoint commit is in the clone. Older checkpoints (no URL) still stop as missing.
Tests: two new rows in test_repo_action, seen red first; all 52 handover tests pass. The generated clone command was also run for real against a scratch home folder. Not verified: a full handover where go does the clone on dayshift.
