Question: are there rule cases where action value needs entry?

Currently business rule actions are chosen by clicking on an existing value (generally from one of two conflicting tool values). Could it be the case where BOTH might be incorrect and the user would want to enter a different value?

This is a good question. We assume, that at least one of the tools provide "correct" results, which will be selected during conflict resolution. What does it mean when we manually enter a value for a property? Maybe we just don't use a tool which would get us that value.
