Adds IPAM to the official plugin catalog so users can discover it and run
datumctl plugin install ipamto manage IP address pools and prefixes. Includes v0.4.0 for Linux, macOS, and Windows on amd64 and arm64.Validation: schema and catalog checks, all six archive checksums, and an isolated install with
datumctl ipam --helppassed.
