debops-update has no --dry-run argument

This was added in #168 PR, however it's not yet released on PyPI. Did you install debops using pip?

I guess it's time to make a new release soon.

Yes, using pip install debops as documented.
I'd suggest closing this bug report when the next version including the argument is released.
