Summary

Moves the Unreleased entries under 3.2.0-beta.2 ahead of cutting that release, and adds the changes merged since the watt PR (#16): rollback --yes, the PM2 → watt migration fix, the host-memory fix, the fleet-view attribution fix (#17) and the unit-quoting fix.

It also corrects the old watt entry, which still said an app must depend on wattpm and @platformatic/node. Shipnode now installs them when they are missing.

The release workflow only bumps package.json, so the changelog heading is cut by hand here. Docs only.
