fix(links): repair the dead links the nightly lychee run reports - #114

- ente moved its GitHub org from ente-io to ente; the server package page lives at github.com/ente/ente/pkgs/container/server. - Grafana removed the Promtail docs from "latest"; the sentence cites Promtail's journal support, so point at the v3.5.x docs, which still carry the #journal section. - The ente post's [rss feed] link was root-relative, which lychee can't resolve in a markdown file; use the absolute feed URL. - onelogin's OIDC-vs-SAML page answers non-browsers with an AWS WAF 202 challenge but is alive; exclude it. - docs/blog/codes/2024/0012/ holds sample app pages whose root-relative links only resolve when served; exclude the path.

Cause. The nightly
lycheejob on main fails with 20 errors (run 41429685757):github.com/ente-io/ente/pkgs/container/server(404) and Promtail's#journaldocs underloki/latest(404).202. It's an AWS WAF challenge with an empty body (x-amzn-waf-action: challenge)./login,/register,/assets/styles.cssand others in the sample HTML underdocs/blog/codes/2024/0012/, plus/feed_rss_created.xmlin the ente post. lychee can't resolve those in local files.Fix.

./**/*.md ./**/*.html ./**/*.rst, as the action runs it, reports 0 errors (580 OK, 541 excluded). Three timeouts remain locally (casbin.org and the two pre-commit.ci badge URLs); they are slow from my network, and the CI run had none.
