It would be annoying to have to install everything separately.

Create a requirements.txt with all the packages used. Possibly separate optional and required packages.

Also if publishing to pip, the dependencies should be added to the pyproject.toml file. Pip will install those packages alongside this one automatically.

As the package is not shipped as a zip anymore, I would only put the dependencies in the pyproject.toml file. Pip will install those dependencies alongside the package.
