Combine search for notes and create new notes #34

@davehorsey thanks for the suggestion! In List Notes (
Alt+L), if what you type isn't a note yet, a Create entry now appears, so pressing Enter creates the note when nothing matches. When something does match, Enter still opens it. The list now includes notes in folders too. It's in #99 and will be in the next release.
Using the searchable notes list
Alt+L, if you type a name and there is no note found, allow a new note to be created by hitting enter.
