Notes don't open if set "Storage location" to the path of the program folder. #38

@jtd-n thanks for reporting this, and sorry it took so long to get to. The notes showed up in the list because the folder was found relative to VS Code's working folder, but opening them used a path that didn't point back to the same place.
In a portable VS Code, a relative storage location is now relative to the VS Code folder itself, so your
data\Notessetting works as is: the notes live in theNotesfolder inside the portabledatafolder, travel with it, and open normally. Fixed in #94, and it will be in the next release.I tested this with a portable VS Code on macOS. If it still doesn't work for you on Windows after updating, please reopen this issue and let me know.

But there's a problem. In the portable version of VSCode, when you need to store notes in the program folder (for ease of portability), when set in the "Storage Location" to path "data\Notes", the notes are correctly saved and displayed in the list, but not opened! Can we hope that this nasty bug will be fixed? Thanks.
