Release prep for v1.2.2. Tag v1.2.2 follows immediately. - CHANGELOG: new [1.2.2] section covering the snapshot-leak fix, the new `nodeup packages cleanup` command, the --keep-snapshots opt-out, and the GoReleaser ldflags/deprecation corrections. - nodeup-npm/package.json: version and binaryVersion both to 1.2.2. binaryVersion pins which Go binary the wrapper downloads, so it must match the tag or every install 404s on the archive. - README / CLAUDE.md / SPEC.md / docs: refresh the release references. - docs/installation.md + docs/release-checklist.md: the Homebrew tap now ships a cask rather than a formula (GoReleaser deprecated `brews:` in v2.10). Document the formula -> cask hand-off for users who installed the formula, and add the tap_migrations.json step to the release checklist. Co-Authored-By: puku-ai-2.8 <noreply@puku.sh>

Summary
Release prep for v1.2.2. The code changes landed in #130 (already
merged); this PR bumps the version metadata and refreshes the docs.
