AI & computational methods for life sciences · The Francis Crick Institute
I lead the image analysis team at the Crick, building the computational methods that help 100+ research groups turn complex biomedical data into quantitative insight - primarily imaging, increasingly spatial omics. I also lead UK-BIAS, a national virtual bioimage-analysis service pooling analysts across ten UK institutions.
Most of what's here is open-source tooling for quantitative bioimage analysis, plus training and reproducibility material. Built to be FAIR, open, and actually usable by experimental biologists.
