Fixes advisories: league/commonmark 2.10.3 (high DoS + medium raw-HTML bypass). Composer and pnpm lockfiles refreshed within current constraints. Major bumps (e.g. Guzzle 8, psr7 3, phpseclib 4, laravel/mcp 1.0, brick/math 1.0) were deliberately held back for separate review. composer audit and pnpm audit are clean except where noted in the audit report.
