Pi model discovery exceeded the bridge timeout because it queried remote catalogs. Use Pi offline discovery so installed models appear within the bound startup window, and refresh the emergency fallback catalog to the current Codex model set.\n\nProof:\n- model discovery tests: 6/6\n- model endpoint smoke tests: 4/4\n- trace contract tests: 44/44\n- build: passed\n- pre-push checks: passed
