Fixes the three pre-inference failures found by the packed Braid production proof.\n\n- emit Codex CLI 0.147.0 reasoning values without stale clamping\n- seed only OpenCode auth into its writable jailed data directory\n- restore strict model-provider authority after the codex/default review finding\n- stop treating the Claudish proxy as a Claude Code route alias\n\nProof: 819 tests passed, 8 skipped, 0 failed; typecheck passed.\n\nFollow-up to #160.
