stdlib: fold IntMap probe helpers into methods - #210

Nested `&self` calls work after the receiver TYP_REF fix, so the free-function workaround is no longer needed. findKey/findSlot become methods; grow/put/get/has/remove call them directly. No behavior change; test_intmap passes and selfhost-tests stays green.

&self方法调用的 backend 缺陷已由 #209 修复；IntMap不再需要“只调用自由函数”的绕行写法。intMapFindKey/intMapFindSlot折叠为IntMap.findKey/IntMap.findSlot。grow/put/get/has/remove直接调用self.findKey(...)/self.findSlot(...)。行为不变；
test_intmap.py通过，selfhost-tests全绿。
