Try to speed up compilation time.
Took it from 1:37 to 1:25 on my system (compiling single threaded). The precompiled headers also broke my local clangd setup. I am not sure that they are really worth it 🤔
Fixing all the headers made no detectable change fwiw.
The other changes seem harmless to helpful.
