Route main/master pushes and manual CI runs to the Singapore VPS runner labeled
zentao-cli-sgp. Pull requests retainubuntu-latestso contributor code does not run on the persistent VPS that also hosts other services; GitHub-hosted PR jobs remain subject to the organization's billing restriction.Keep Bun 1.3.13, Node 18, and all existing verification steps. Add a 30-minute job timeout and disable persisted checkout credentials.
Validation: full workflow on lightsail-sgp-zentao-cli passed: 318 tests (0 failures), typecheck, build, Node 18 smoke test, Node/standalone skill exports (13 files each), and npm package contents. Runner policy checks and
git diff --checkalso passed.The runner is online and enabled at boot under a separate unprivileged account. It shares a total CPU limit of 1.5 cores and memory limit of 1400 MiB with the existing zentao-api runner, with 2 GiB swap available. The existing proxy service was not restarted. Default-branch CI has not been switched.
