The Java components were the last ones still building on the Eclipse Jenkins instance while everything else in the org had already moved to GitHub Actions. The org-level secrets for download.eclipse.org and Maven Central are now in place, so the whole pipeline can move over. - Add a CI workflow covering the M2, P2 and Java 25 compatibility builds, the latter replacing the separate glsp-server-java25 Jenkins job - Report checkstyle violations and test results in the job summary and as inline annotations, replacing the Jenkins recordIssues/junit publishers - Run checkstyle with failOnViolation=false, it binds to validate and would otherwise abort the build before a single test runs; the report step fails the job instead - Add a deploy workflow, gated on a green CI run on master, that publishes the nightly p2 composite update site to download.eclipse.org and the Maven artifacts to Maven Central; maven-gpg-plugin is bumped to 3.x so the signing passphrase can be passed via MAVEN_GPG_PASSPHRASE - Remove the Jenkinsfile and point the README build badge at the new workflows The Jenkins email notifications to glsp-build@eclipse.org are dropped, there are no SMTP credentials available to GitHub Actions.
