What problem this PR addresses

Remove monorepo widget folder. two main reasons:

  1. Allow widget devs to do rapid prototyping and share w/o affecting quantem upstream.
  2. Allow widget prototype, available across local branches in quantem

New home: https://github.com/electronmicroscopy/quantem.widget

What should the reviewer(s) do

I removed widget/ and ran uv lock to generate a new uv.lock.
