…a GIF The README lists each demo's Astro build on Vercel and a Before (WordPress) / After (Astro) image under it: the sxsw.com home hero as a GIF recorded frame by frame on both sites with the hero video at the same timestamps, harvard.edu /ai/ from the run's review screenshots, and the angrybirds.com home page live beside a local build of the converted repository. The separate compare site is gone.

What changed
docs/examples/sxsw-home.gif(1.3 MB, 36 frames): the sxsw.com home hero at 1440 px, recorded on live and on the Astro build with the hero video seeked to the same timestamps on both, so the video plays in step on both halves.docs/examples/harvard-ai-1440.png:/ai/at 1440 px from the run's own review screenshots, relabelled.docs/examples/angrybirds-home-1440.png: the home page at 1440 px, live beside a local build of the converted repository (the staging URL answers a Vercel security checkpoint to automation; the theme's own font and script files, which the deploy carries, were served from live for the shot).
