docs: public demo sites with a before-and-after page - #9

The README's Results section links the sxsw.com and harvard.edu Astro builds on Vercel and the before-and-after page (live screenshot against the build's, drag to compare), with one side-by-side crop. docs/examples lists each demo's counts, run time and links, read from the converted repositories, plus the angrybirds.com run.
