For every
Calculate R Expression, Dinamica startsRscriptand passes it a per-run temp directory throughDINAMICA_EGO_8_TEMP_DIR. The file-based message queues it shares with that R process live in that directory. When~/.Renvironsets the variable, R resets it at startup, so the R side cannot find the queues. Every R chunk then fails with "Failed to send message, session is closed", which happened while setting up the PIE benchmark.The vignette's step 5 now has a warning callout, and Troubleshooting has an entry for that error message.
