swc_ecma_ast 29.x replaced BlockStmtOrExpr with ArrowFunctionBody. The block variant is ArrowFunctionBody::FunctionBody, not ArrowFunctionBody::BlockStmt. Fixes CI build failure on aarch64-linux-android.
