  • Dev flow v2

    Dev flow v2 — determinism thesis: reviewer + integrator agents return schema-validated evidence to the session-as-orchestrator; exit and rendering computed by script from round JSON; config in .devflow.toml + agent registry. Anchor spec: specs/dev-flow-v2.md (this repo); lifecycle vocabulary in docs/product/domain.md and docs/glossary.md (stages implement → verify → challenge → review → security → integration; "gauntlet" and "shepherd" are retired names; skills /implement /review /integrate + /orchestrator; agents implementer/challenger/reviewer/integrator). Sibling milestones: evanharmon1/harmon-init "Dev flow v2" ([rounds]/[breadth]/[gates]/[convergence]/[role]/[stage] template, AGENTS.md shrink, pre-PR gate) and ponderousdev/foreman "Dev flow v2" (consume the shared contracts — envelope v2, .devflow.toml keys, round JSON, run record — in Foreman's own Python). Out of scope: orchestrator agent, new review-product integrations, Foreman's supervision loop, a dedicated fixer role, readiness-gate conditions. In scope since 2026-08-31: parallel implementers ([stage.implement] pool + council distinct_families) and the challenger role. Settled in the 2026-08-28 grill session, revised in the 2026-08-31 config design session (decision record: harmon-init#1081).
