netty 4.1.100 comes in transitively from grpc-netty 1.62.2 in the int test module. Newer grpc-netty (1.83+) moved to netty 4.2, so pinned all netty modules to 4.1.138.Final via dependencyOverrides instead. Fixes the open netty dependabot alerts.
