Description
Which MCP tools do we want for Bitwig?
Too many tools can be confusing for AI Agents. Think about how to structure them, and what makes sense as a tool, and what can be a parameter for a tool.

For reference: PR #21 adds 24 tools (tracks and mixer, device insert/copy/move/bypass, parameters of any device, clips and notes, transport settings, Bitwig actions, undo). They're grouped as Epic 9 in the planning docs. A fork carrying it plus #19 is at https://github.com/glassdimly/wigai-full, until it can be merged here.
