The fork's nightly build fails because this patch conflicts with upstream. The 14:50 run failed on 07242ab. This branch merges upstream's current head, 5e9d564.

apps/mobile/app.config.ts: upstream added eas.observe.endpointUrl next to the hardcoded EAS project id. This patch reads the project id from easProjectId. I kept the fork's project id and added upstream's observe endpoint.

Verification:

vp run typecheck: 36 of 36 tasks pass, including apps/mobile.
This patch adds no tests. Not checked with an EAS build.
In a scratch worktree detached at 5e9d564, all fourteen patches in .github/fork-patches.txt merge with no conflicts, using the release, bots, cache-compaction and mobile-fork-identity fix branches. On the result, the build's repo-wide vp run typecheck passes all 36 tasks, and the 23 test files the patches add or change pass (668 tests).
