Chat document links that contain an absolute project path currently navigate to a nonexistent web route, while code-block controls disappear when the parent conversation rerenders. Resolve project Markdown/HTML links through the existing preview API using the current origin and fresh capabilities on activation; preserve source line navigation and external links. Keep Markdown DOM decorations stable across parent updates and show an accessible copy icon on every code block with clipboard fallback and truthful feedback.
