Keeps fledge-filter-omfhint in the full image (it replaces the closed #1737 and #1738), but skips it on bullseye, where it isn't built. Its packaging workflow sets exclude-codenames: bullseye.

  • A plugins.txt entry can now end with !<codename> (one per codename). The full stage filters the list with awk before apt-get install.
  • omfhint is marked !bullseye.
  • Tested the filter with mawk (Debian's default awk): bullseye installs 27 plugins, other codenames 28.

The other half of the fix: omfhint 3.1.0 had never been published to apt. It is being published from its develop build (fledge-iot/fledge-filter-omfhint run 40722172700) by run 41075988411, which waits for production approval.

fledge-filter-omfhint is not built for bullseye (its packaging workflow excludes that codename), so the bullseye full image cannot install it. plugins.txt entries can now end with '!<codename>' to skip them on that distribution; the full stage filters the list with awk before installing.

Not needed: fledge-filter-omfhint builds on bullseye (fledge-iot/fledge-filter-omfhint#50), so it will be published for every codename.
