Summary

This PR refreshes the native Fyne desktop workspace with more deliberate spacing and clearer information grouping, then improves several high-use Android workflows.

UI/UX

• Use Fyne's native horizontal split container for a draggable, resizable sidebar/content layout.
• Remove the custom fixed-width sidebar and custom inset layout that were keeping the window wider than necessary.
• Use Fyne's standard custom-padded layout for predictable insets and minimum-size calculations.
• Keep the sidebar independently scrollable and collapsible.
• Use a shared vertical page scroll host for tall workspaces; Logs keeps the native scrolling behavior of its virtualized List widget.
• Use Fyne GridWrap for action groups so buttons flow onto additional rows instead of forcing wide pages.
• Move window-size presets out of the crowded top bar; keep fullscreen/windowed controls accessible.
• Reduce preset dimensions to safer desktop sizes and keep the header in two compact rows.
• Bound device-picker labels, card titles, and status text so long model names, serials, or messages do not force the window wider.
• Add active navigation highlighting and group destinations into Workspace and Tools.

Workflow improvements

• Add package search feedback, app counts, refresh, and an Install APK shortcut to Apps.
• Add export for the currently visible/filtered logcat entries.
• Improve pause/resume and clear-log feedback.
• Show Deploy step progress and allow quick reuse of recently deployed APKs.
• Make Workflows and Help pages more actionable.

Tests and documentation

• Add tests for Fyne-native padding sizing, compact device labels, and bounded status text.
• Document the new split view, resizing behavior, and safe window presets.

Validation

• Fyne v2.7.3 APIs checked for container.NewHSplit, GridWrap, vertical scroll containers, layout.NewCustomPaddedLayout, full-screen controls, and widget sizing.
• GitHub Actions on the latest commit are running format/vet, GUI/CLI unit tests, and Windows verification/build.
• Real ADB/scrcpy device behavior and the visual result at different monitor resolutions still require Windows/device smoke testing.
